Home Economics vegetarian Reflection questions

Vegetarian foods:

What were your thoughts prior to eating? It nasty 
Did those thoughts change once you had sampled it? No
Why is it good to have one vegetarian dish per week in your diet? because you feel sorry for the animal.
Meat supply us with Protein and Iron give an example of a vegetable that offers this as well
? Lima beans give you protein and Lentils give you Iron.

    1. No because I don't feel sorry of the animal I like to eat fish more than beef or chicken.
