Freytag's Pyramid

What am I learning? I am learning how to make a Freytag's Pyramid.
How does this show my learning? I did my Freytag's Pyramid on a book and take a photo.
What am I wondering as a result of this learning? Nothing

Preparing a Microscope Slide

1. Place your specimen in the middle of a clean slide. Ensure that the specimen is laying flat and not folded over on itself.
2. Add 2-3 drops of the stain solution. Plant cells are commonly stained with iodine, whereas animal cells are commonly stained with methylene blue. Both of these solutions stain the nucleus of each cell and your fingers and clothes, so be careful.
3. Holding a coverslip by its edges in your left hand, manoeuvre it so that the bottom edge of the coverslip makes contact with both the slide and the edge of the stain solution. With your right hand, support the top edge of the coverslip with a pair of tweezers.
4. Gently lower the coverslip with the tweezers, ensuring that no air bubbles are trapped under the coverslip.
5. Place your slide on the microscope stage and examine it under low power magnification.

In a plant, I see this cell wells it look like a honeycomb.

In human saliva, I see cells the cells look like a black cloud.

Life in a medieval village

What am I learning? I am learning about Medieval Age

How does this work show my learning? By showing the link of the Film and the Medieval Age

What am I wondering as a result of this Learning? how Kara know what pudding is only rich people have the money of the sweet putting.

The peasants, including serfs, Freeman and villains, on a manor, lived close together in one or more villages. Their small, thatch-roofed, and one-roomed houses would be grouped about an open space, or on both sides of a single, narrow street. The only important buildings were the parish church, the parsonage, a mill, if a stream ran through the manor, and possibly a blacksmith's shop. The population of one of these villages often did not often exceed one hundred people. Most peasants wore plain clothing made from heavy wool to keep them warm during the winter. The wealthy, however, wore much nicer clothes made from fine wool, velvet, and even silk. Men generally wore a tunic, woollen stockings, breeches, and a cloak. Women wore a long skirt called a kirtle, an apron, woollen stockings, and a cloak. Peasants during the Middle Ages did not have a lot of variety in their food. They mostly ate bread and stew. The stew would have beans, dried peas, cabbage, and other vegetables sometimes flavoured with a bit of meat or bones. Other foods like meat, cheese, and eggs were usually saved for special occasions. Since they didn't have a way to keep their meat cold, they would eat it fresh. Leftover meat was smoked or salted to preserve it. The nobles ate a wider variety of food including meats and sweet puddings. In the Film, the village was the same as the historical. They have the stream and river running through the village. It the Film the foods was the same as the Middle Ages I sew the villages throwing cabbage and watermelon at kara. I wonder how Kara know what pudding is she only lives in the village? The villages house look the same as the Film the house in the film was one roomed, thatch-roofed and it small.

Animal vs Plant cell

Everything living is made of cells

Large Vacuole - In plant cells, the vacuoles are much larger than in animal cells. When a plant cell has stopped growing, there is usually one very large vacuole. Sometimes that vacuole can take up more than half of the cell's volume. The vacuole holds large amounts of water or food.

Cell Wall - The plant cell wall is composed of cellulose. Cellulose is a structural carbohydrate and is considered a complex sugar because it is used in both protection and structure. The plant cell wall consists of three layers. Each layer has its own unique structure and function.

Plant Cell Membrane - It consists of a lipid bilayer with embedded proteins. The basic function of the cell membrane is to protect the cell from its surroundings. The cell membrane controls the movement of substances in and out of cells and organelles. In this way, it is selectively permeable to ions and organic molecules.

Animal Cell Membrane - It consists of a lipid bilayer with embedded proteins. The basic function of the cell membrane is to protect the cell from its surroundings. The cell membrane controls the movement of substances in and out of cells and organelles. In this way, it is selectively permeable to ions and organic molecules.

Chloroplast - chloroplast is a type of organelle known as a plastid, characterized by its two membranes and a high concentration of chlorophyll. Other plastid types, such as the leucoplast and the chromoplast, contain little chlorophyll and do not carry out photosynthesis.

Cytoplasm in plant cell - The jellylike material that makes up much of a cell inside the cell membrane and in eukaryotic cells surrounds the nucleus.

Cytoplasm in animal cell - The jelly-like fluid that fills a cell is called cytoplasm. It is made up of mostly water and salt. Cytoplasm is present within the cell membrane of all cell types and contains all organelles and cell parts.

Nucleus in plant cell - It stores the cell's hereditary material or DNA, and it coordinates the cell's activities, which include intermediary metabolism, growth, protein synthesis, and reproduction.

Nucleus in Animal cell - The nucleus controls many of the functions of the cell by controlling protein synthesis and contains DNA in chromosomes. The nucleus is surrounded by the nuclear membrane.

4 Screenshots

`
In Dragonheart, Mid shots were used effectively to help tell the story.
We see this when Bowen went to the castles at night to try to find the
Draco then he meets Einon in his bedroom and they battle out who going to win.
This shot is about the teacher and the student relationship.
They talk about their skill in sword fighting and the beginning of the movie when they practice sword fighting. The purpose of including this shot was to show the bond to the audience
and show the change in the characters relationship.
This screenshots overhead is a shot in which the camera photographs a scene
from directly overhead. We see this when the Bowen kills Draco to kill Einon then
Draco becomes an orange mist then Bowen says that he does not know what to do without
Draco then says that he going to the star. The purpose of including this shot was to show
the bond to the audience and show the sadness and happiness in the characters relationship.
This screenshot is a medium shot, mid shot, or waist shot is a camera angle shot from a
medium distance. We see this at the beginning of the movie were Bowen teaches Einon
sword fighting. This screenshot is wanted Einon was being cocky about his skill and then
Bowen show his skill is weak by putting a wooden sword to his neck. This makes us
understand the relationship between the teacher and the student.
The purpose of including this shot was to show the bond of what Einon mean to Bowen.
This screenshot is a medium shot, mid shot, or waist shot is a camera angle shot from a medium distance. We see this were kara try to tell the king to let her father go. Kara asks the king for mercy to let her father go she telling the king that his castle has been built and her father can do no harm. The king did not give mercy to her father and kill kara father. This makes us understand that the king is evil like his father.
