Democracy is a policy that New Zealand use's, where the residents of the country vote for who they think can serve the country strongly. New Zealand's residents have two votes. The first vote is for the local representative, who can represent the local society. Then the second vote is for the national representative, where residents vote who can serve the country strongly. Last year using the voting system New Zealand citizens voted for the Labour party.
